John M. Richert is an experienced business partner consultant, mediator and ombudsman. With a broad background in partnerships, mediation, general management, human resources' and business marketing; clients receive the experience of five professionals for the price of one. Having been involved in numerous partnerships and worked in all areas of business; Mr. Richert understands the problems that arise in partnership relations and how they effect the other areas of a business. Mr Richert utilizes very personal, hands on aproach for cultivating the partner relationship which elevates the entire business. Mr. Richert's extensive experience in partnerships, efficiently leads to the understanding of individual partners interests and goals thus facilitating a cohesive management direction leading to the enhancement of the entire company and the individual partners personal lives.
Mr. Richert's vast experience in Mediation, Human Resourses and Business enables him to be a very effective Ombudsman. Mr. Richert's goal is to improve the workplace environment for all employees and reveal trends for management.
